Returns and refunds
We want your cat to actually use what you bought. If something is not right, contact us at info@thekittenmuffin.com and we will sort it out.
Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days we can no longer accept a return request.
What can be returned
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
For hygiene and pet safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:
- Grooming products that have been used on an animal, including the deshedding glove.
- Supplements and consumables once the seal is broken or the bottle has been opened, including the salmon oil.
This is a safety rule, not a technicality. We will not resell anything that has been in contact with another animal.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. If we got it wrong or the item arrived damaged, we will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not need to ship anything back and will not pay anything.
Return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item was damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we pay.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Cancellations
If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped it has left our fulfilment partner and the return process above applies instead.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us and we will either resend the order or refund you.
