Our products are for animals, not people
Everything we sell is intended for use with pets. Nothing we sell is intended for human consumption or human use.
We are not veterinarians
Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our product descriptions and any content we publish are general information only.
If your pet is unwell, is on medication, is pregnant, or has a known health condition, talk to your veterinarian before changing their diet, adding a supplement, or starting anything new. If you think your pet needs medical attention, contact a vet rather than relying on anything you read here.
Supplements
Our salmon oil is a food supplement for pets. It is not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Follow the serving guidance on the label, introduce it gradually, and stop use and consult your vet if you notice any adverse reaction.
Electrical products and supervision
The water fountain is an electrical appliance. Read and follow the included instructions, use only the power supply arrangement described in them, keep electrical connections dry, and clean and maintain the unit as directed.
As with any pet product, supervise your pet when introducing something new. Replace worn parts and stop using any item that becomes damaged.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and packaging can change without notice. If a product arrives materially different from how it was described, our refund policy covers you.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep stock levels accurate. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund you in full.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a genuine error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it. We will contact you if that happens.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where an order appears to be for resale. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.
Your account and your conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation, and not to copy our content for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
