Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on more destinations and will update this page when that changes.

Who ships your order

Our products are shipped by our fulfilment partner from their warehouse in China. We tell you this up front because you deserve to know where your order is coming from before you buy, and because it explains the delivery times below.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery to the United States typically takes 7 to 15 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, weather and holiday periods can push delivery beyond this range. If your order is running late, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Shipping cost

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged a shipping fee that was not displayed to you first.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships. It can take a few days for the first scan to appear after you receive the number. That is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Split shipments

If you order several items they may arrive separately and on different dates, at no extra cost to you. Liquids ship on a separate carrier service from other items, so an order containing the salmon oil may arrive in more than one parcel.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to the carrier because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient. For most United States orders of this size no additional charges apply.
